Hello!
I’ve got the same problem.
You’ve written:

“You need to set the categories order in admin panel as well”

Could you tell me how and where should I dot it? I can not find it in admin panel.

I’ve done it but it doesn’t work. I’ve done my own order in the product categories as you’ve shown but my title categories menu still has alphabet order.
