DEMO FILES AREN'T DOWNLOADING COMPLETELY

I´m trying to import demo content in staging site but it seems like it didn’t import properly, Please find the screen shots below!

Please delete the theme completely as well as the demo and try again. If the problem remains, provide the clean WordPress installation on your site and sit admin access to the private area as well as FTP.

I agree that I have edited categories menu, but I have made factory reset my cPanel and reinstalled WordPress and imported demo content And could you please check other screenshots I have attached, I’m not sure why I am seeing this changes which I haven’t made.
Could you let me more proper way to reinstall WordPress and import demo content.
Do I need to delete some contents from file manager after factory reset of my cPanel.

Clean your DataBase, and reinstall WP then upload and activate the theme and upload demo as described here: https://xtemos.com/documentation/woodmart/
