base import unsuccessful

    Dear, i just purchased and install as described on documentation.. I know that not all images will show accordingly but i think there is something wrong because not even good presentation layout has beed imported on my website which is a bit disappointing because base from the import display is where i will see where to start from scratch, please can you advise me how to get the full base import, thanks alot.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and provide the site admin access to the private area
