Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check again.

Check your theme folder for the child theme, if you do not have, send me your email into the private area I will send.

Enter your account and find the full theme package and not only installation file. You will find the child theme and as soon as you install the child theme, navigate to Appearance > Editor > chose the child theme and you will find the functions.php
