Update plugin "WPBakery Page Builder"

    Hello! The plugin “WPBakery Page Builder” requests an update (screenshot 1), I click “update” – I get an error (screenshot 2). How can I update this plugin correctly? I don’t have the “Appearance> Install Plugins” tab. If I deactivate and remove the previous version of the plugin, and then install a new one, everything I did in this plugin will be removed?
