    Hello, recently bought your theme and theese plugins require update but it does not allow me to do, can you tell me what must I do to update theese plugins?

    Hello,

    Navigate to Appearance > Install plugins > update. I cannot log in your site. Please provide the valid credentials if you still have the problem.

    Hello, the credentials I gave you are the correct, I tried them right now. I cannot update theese 2 plugins. Please tell me what is the problem and you cannot login?

    Contact your host to increase the file size to upload or provide your FTP http://prntscr.com/nr464t

    I cannot upload the WP Bakery page builder and that is the reason why you cannot update.

    Hello, the site is workable and I enter and I activated. Thank you.But I noticed a new issue.
    The pop up newsletter is empty. No changes to settings I checked them, why this happened after re activated wpbakery?

    Hello,

    It is hardly ever caused by WP Bakery page builder. Perhaps the problem of the site could influence. Try to restore it and check later.
