Hello, recently bought your theme and theese plugins require update but it does not allow me to do, can you tell me what must I do to update theese plugins?

I cannot upload the WP Bakery page builder and that is the reason why you cannot update.

The pop up newsletter is empty. No changes to settings I checked them, why this happened after re activated wpbakery?
