Hi,
i would like to have the upsale carousel before the related products area on product sinlge pages like in your demo : https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/accessories/smart-watches-wood-edition/

how can i do it? what do i need to setup for this?

You need to configure upsells products. Please read and follow the instructions provided in the Woocommerce documentation. https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/
