Hi Xtemos team. I love this layout to pieces. I’ve run into my first problem and was hoping for guidance. I’m unable to tell if this is an issue with the theme or WooCommerce proper but I imagine it’s theme related, as I recall a notice about the shopping cart being out of step when I initially updated to WooCommerce 3.0 and updated the theme. I’ve since updated both to their newest versions and that error message went away. Everything was working as expected before updating WC and Basel. I deactivated all non-essential plugins then checked the store on a different computer to make sure it wasn’t a cache issue and the issue was not solved.
Now on my shopping cart page if there are variable products I’m receiving the message: “There are no shipping methods available. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.” I *believe* I’ve narrowed it down to being only an issue with my variable products. If I add a non-variable product to the cart it uses that item’s shipping because of my shipping settings usually being “per order: charge shipping for most expensive shipping class” – this is still a problem because if they add an expensive variable item and a non-variable part, it only charges the part’s shipping for both items now. The variable products all pull their variables’ shipping from the parent shipping field on the product.
Non-variable items also calculate shipping fine on their own.
