What is the QUicker way of geting the Installation Done.

Hello,
I have a staging site and a live site.
The regular process as i understand is:
1. Install Theme
2. Import Demo Content.
However, this will create everything with Basel Demo Stuff (Images and Products), which i will have no need as i need to swap it with live content.
Can i do these steps in addition to above steps to save some time ?
3. Replace Demo Content with own content.
4. Delete Demo Content. (For Cleanup purpose)
Also, if you have any other helpful tips to speed up this process i’d appreciate.

1. Install the theme;
2. Upload the demo;
3. Save the necessary pages as the templates and delete all pages/posts/products and images.
3. Upload your content basing on the existing templates editing them as per your needs.

Do i have to do this on a clean WordPress Install ? I have a store already running with some orders as well. Does the instructions change then ? I dont want to put efforts to loose exisitng data (Customers and Products) and re-creating them.

Make the full backup of the site and you can do it. It would not remove the existing content. The demo content will be added.
