Theme settings don't show

    When I want to change the theme settings by clicking on left bar “Theme settings”, no settings is shown, thus I canno’t modify anything.

    Please help

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    1. Please install and activate the plugins which are required for the theme in Appearance > Install plugins.

    2. If the problem remains, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue

    4. If it does not help, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
