Can't edit or remove 'Special Offer' and 'Purchase Theme'

Hello there,

I am struggling to locate the area where I can change the text on the demo stating ‘Special offer’ and ‘Purchase theme’ – I have been through all the menus and can’t locate it anywhere.

Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks!
