Global JS settings Question

Hi there,
I would like to ask you something specific related to your Custom JS settings.
I am trying to write some code using the querySelectorAll() Method, but this does not seem to work properly for me.
I am also attaching a screenshot to you.
Please, take a closer look at it and tell me. This red frame with the above method included in my screenshot should not get blue colored? It seems that it does not understand it, right?
Could you please help and give me some advice?

The code seems to be wrong and we don’t know how it is supposed to work. It is not a bug or issue with our theme.

This is strange while this is properly working for me on my local computer.

The method I am trying to use is related to the above link from w3schools.
Any ideas why this is not working?

Maybe there is some conflict with plugins or other codes. Sorry, but we don’t know what is wrong with it.

Or maybe the conflict could be caused by the recommended or required ones?

It can’t be caused by our theme plugins. If the code is correct, it will work with our theme and our plugins.
