arixParticipantGood afternoon,
I recently updated my basel theme and found the images on a product page are not working like they use to. I use to have 4 thumbnail below each main image and the main images hight used to snap up depending on the hight of the main image shown. I’ve spent hours trying to fix this and even went back to my old basel theme to see if it was a change in woocommerce but it’s changes in the theme itself.
I’ve tried the “hard crop” method in woocommerce settings (and regenerated my thumbnails) and also tried to changed the owl-item width for the thumbnail images but just can’t seem to make it work like it use to.
I’ve tried everything I can think of, can you help at all?
Kind regards,

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Thank you for contacting us.
So as we can understand, you can’t change product images sizes in WooCommerce settings, right? Could you please specify what sizes you would like to set and send us your admin access?
Regards

arixParticipantThank you for responding so quickly!
I can change the thumbnail size but as you can see in the screenshot it doesn’t change the thumbnail container width (it’s always 184.667px).I need the thumbnails to be 138px x 138px
Thanks again,

Artem TemosKeymasterThe width of the thumbnails container doesn’t depend on thumbnails images. Thumbnails carousel has always 3 items per slide. And the width is calculated automatically.

arixParticipantHi,
Yes I understand this but you use to be able to change it, I use to have 4 images but since this recent update of basel theme I can’t find the string of code to change it. Could you at least tell me the file the calculation code is located?
Many thanks,

arixParticipantHi,
The other issue is the main product image isn’t auto height anymore, on the old basel theme the thumbnail area below the main image would move up and down deepening on the height of the carousel image chosen, now it just leaves with huge gap [please see image attached]
Is it possible to just go back to the code used in the older theme for the product images?
I really appreciate your help on this,

Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
