    Hello,

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area for checking.

Also, provide the page URL with the problem.

    Best Regards

    Hi
    Thanks for reply

I can’t deactivate All plugins now
I have running campaigns for some URLs from my site. And if I deactivated them site won’t run until you have the fix the issue.
I’ll give you the access to admin area then you do needed process. But tell me the exact period of deactivating plugins, just to pause campaigns

    Hello,

Deactivate all the plugins expecting these ones:

    CMB2
    Redux Framework
    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG
    WMPL plugins

And check the issue, then activate the plugins one by one checking which one causes the problem.

When I deactivated the plugins the site was broken.

    Best Regards

    Hi ELise

I did what you said and with only these plugins it shows the problem

You can take it from here and see what causes the issue from these mandatory plugins

If it gave you 500 server error again please follow these steps:
    1- Deactivate all plugins
    2- Activate only woocommerce plugin
3- Activate whatever you want from other plugins

This will solve the 500 error problem

    Hello,

You have set to hide the empty categories from one side and specified the categories IDs which are empty. I have disabled “hide the empty categories”. Check now.

    Best Regards

    Thanks
    This works

So Again, after all, it has nothing to do with conflicting plugins 🙂

    Thanks
