Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property '0' of null

When clicking in any category or subcategory in product category widget in shop page I am getting this error “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘0’ of null” that prevents the info to be loaded. So customers need to refresh the browser to load the info.
Same issue happens when choosing pagination on my shop page.
I have disable all plugin and keeping only the ones needed for your theme and issue persits. I have changed the theme to another one and issue desapears.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme, switch to the parent theme and update it to the latest version first and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

I have double check the info with the web host and in private content can find the credentials.
Where should we test this problem? Previously, you didn’t send us staging website access. Please, send us only one access and a direct link to the problem that corresponds to that server.
Please debug the issue and fix it staging enviroment and then I can push it to live.

Its code somehow conflicts with AJAX calls made by our theme’s scripts.
Issue solved.
