WoodMart header builder

    Hi,

    After update WoodMart header builder is not working / showing the headers.

    How can i fix this?

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please make sure you have activated all the plugins in Appearance > Install Plugins

    If it does not help, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

    Hi,

    Thank you, i did as you recommended. When i deactivate this plugin (ShortPixel Image Optimizer) then Header Builder works.

    You can disable this plugin while configuring our header and then turn it on.
