I want to use my Child theme, for my multiple domains,
How can i do that,
is there any license i have to purchase? if yes them please let me know, i don’t want to redesign my child theme every time for my multiple domain.

The child theme is the subject to the same license policy as the parent theme is. The parent theme license should be separate for each separate domain. If you run a multisite, you need only one license, if you run two domains: staging and production, you need one license and activate theme parent theme on both. In the rest cases: one domain should have one separate license.

I can’t understand Exactly.
See i have purchsed WoodMart Theme and Developed in child Theme. with licence number ******b1118.
This theme I will use on http://www.xy.com.
Now I want to use this child theme also on my second and third domains http://www.xyz.com and http://www.xyzz.com, So can I use this developed child theme in three domains with the same licence?
If not then how can I buy a new licence?
I want to use the Child theme that I have deloped on my three domains
or
I have to developed other child theme?
or
I have to just buy another licence only and use that licence for my second and third domains and so on.. with the same developed child theme.
Is there any changes that I have to change in the child theme for other domains

When you want to use the child theme, you do not need the license for it. So:
http://www.xy.com you need one license for the parent theme and no license for the child (child theme would not work without a parent)
http://www.xyz.com you need the second separate license for the parent theme and no license for the child
http://www.xyzz.com you need the third separate license for the parent theme and no license for the child
