Additional tab in theme settings

Hello! i wanted to ask if is possible to add a second tab on theme settings and also display it on the product page?

The Theme Settings suggest the option to add one additional tab. There is an option to add one more tab in the product page. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/product-page-options/#local_settings
You can create HTML block and insert the shortcode to all the products.
It is not what you need you will have to find a plugin.
