Product images are not uploading properly

Hi, I just installed the theme and used the demo. But when I upload images from Products posts, images are not properly uploading, unlike when I upload from Media library. kindly see attached image for reference. Kindly help me solve the issue. thanks

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
