    It means that the problem is not caused by our theme. You need to search for the problem in Woocommerce.

    But Woocommerce is a included plugin from you. i have bought the hole theme with all functions.
    so i dont know where the problem is. i have installed all thing new, but the problem still exists.
    So i need help please

    Hello,

    If you test the function on the Storefront theme which is developed and provided by Woocommerce and it does not work either, it means that the problem is not in our theme. Yes, our theme fully supports Woocommerce, however, something is broken on your site and no theme would fix it. Try to reinstall all, perhaps you customized anything or could use a harmful third party plugin which сould damage the site.
