urs-chrisParticipantHello, on our main navigation menu we have a product category with 22 sub item categories. The sub items are currently listing themselves horizontally, from left to right, then wrapping after every 3rd item. We would like them to be listed vertically until it gets to the 8th item, and then carries over to a new column. Is there a way to do this? I’ll attach some screenshots.
Our “Supplies” category is design set sizes at 750 x 100.
Thank you!

urs-chrisParticipantJust a follow up, I think I solved this one. Looks like my best path is to use the HTML Block to create a Mega Menu.

urs-chrisParticipantThe Mega Menu has been working out well and looks great. The only trouble I am having is that the search to link to existing content in the insert/edit link function is not populating any of our product category results. It seems only HTML blocks, pages, products, and slides are populating, but we need to link product category pages. Would we have to type the product category page into the URL manually? Please see attached. Thank you!

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
Best Regards

urs-chrisParticipantHello, thank you for the advice. I deactivated all plugins except WooCommerce, Woodmart Core, and WPBakery Page Builder. I switched from the Woodmart Child theme to the Woodmart Parent theme. I tried to search for any product category links from the Extra Menu List Item and no results have been found.
I currently am running the website using Xampp from the computer’s C drive so I do not think I can share access but I am not certain. Please advise if possible.
Thank you!

urs-chrisParticipantHello, we have the site accessible from a live platform now. The issue is still persistent – not able to link to category pages from the HTML Blocks. I’ll recount the steps below.
1. Edit HTML Block “Mega Menu – Chemicals”
2. Click on Extra Menu List Item “Kitchen Care”
3. Select URL and search for existing content “kitchen”
4. Results come back with pages, products, and blocks but not the “Kitchen Care” category shop pageThanks!

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
You have not set the links https://gyazo.com/02cdc2dba3246606f594b89f401f089a
Set the link as shown on the screen. It works you can check the left top link.
Best Regards

urs-chrisParticipantHello, thank you for testing this and the screen grab. The issue I am having is I want to link to the /product-category/chemicals/kitchen for example but when I search for Kitchen in the existing content it does not show the kitchen category page. It only shows HTML blocks, product pages, and regular pages. Chemical is a product category and Kitchen Care is child category.
