Product grid layout showing different numbers of products on each row

I’ve setup a product category grid using 6 products per row. The first row shows the correct number of products, but the rows underneath all show random numbers of products with a lot of white space. Please see the URL https://www.greenkidcrafts.com/product-category/ages-5-10/ for an example – and this is happening on all our category pages. The individual products all look OK – can anyone help me understand why this is happening (and whether a CSS change will help to solve this)? Thank you.

Please disable “Masonry grid” and “Products grid with different sizes” in the Theme Settings > Shop > Products styles

I confirmed that both the Masonry grid and Product grid with different sizes options were set to disabled. I tried to enable and disable again – but I’m still seeing the same result. Any other suggestions that could try?

If it does not help, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and provide the site admin access to the private area
