Issue with Checkout and Items in Cart on Firefox Web Browser

    Hello.
    We are having an issue with this website on a Firefox web browser (http://creativeproducts.developwithrgb.com/). When you add a product to the cart then try to to navigate to the ‘Checkout’ from the fly-out, the products in our cart disappear and the cart is empty upon reaching the ‘Checkout’ screen.

    Please advise.

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

    Hi.
    We have deactivated all the plugins that were not related to the theme (Ninja Forms and Yoast SEO) and the issue is still persisting. It is also now happening in Google Chrome but intermittent.

    We also activated the Twenty Seventeen WordPress Theme and the items added to the cart, remained in the cart when navigating to checkout (please see attached screenshot).

    We have provided Admin access in the ‘Private Content’ section.

    The issue is when you add items to the cart and try to access ‘Checkout’ from the flyout, when the ‘Checkout’ loads, it says there are no items in the cart.

    Yes, we tested in the same way and it works correctly. Try to clear your browser cache and see.

    Our Firefox’s browser is cleared upon closing the browser, but I have went in an manually cleared the cache and the issue is still present. I also checked it on a number of our devices and am still seeing it as well.

    Strange, but your website is not working at all for us. Could you please check what is wrong now? We can’t even enter via Chrome.

    Yes. We are now no longer experiencing this issue. Could it have resolved itself when we fully launched the website?
