    Hello,

    Sticky navigation is enabled in the Theme Settings > General > Mobile navbar buttons. The panel on the button would appear.

    If you mean the sticky header, this is enabled in the Theme settings > Header > Header layout.

    > I could not see this as an option in my general area? I see mobile bottom navbar but that is not the option i want obviously. I need to make the top header sticky so it comes down the page when the user scrolls. See titled screen cap regarding this.

    Reinstall all? What do you want me to reinstall regarding this issue?

    We have not tampered with any core files in the theme at all, at any point, so not sure why we have to reinstall everything.

    Please let me know what you mean by “reinstall all”.

    You said you just needed the logins to go in and fix … we are keen to get this sorted without having to basically redo a whole website again!

    Surely this must be possible for working out why that menu option is not available as such, jsut want to select sticky mobile nav!

    Hi Elise

    Ahh yes sorry I was being stupid and apologies, thank you for the screen capture. That made sense.

    It enabled us to do exactly what we wanted and put the home menu, cart , wishlist and shop in the sticky nav.
