    Please deinstall all and provide clean WP installation and your site admin access I will install the theme.

    We can’t uninstall the whole thing, we just built the whole website and its working fine!

    Is this the only way to fix the dashboard problem?! if we do that will we lose everything we have created no?

    Or can this be done without losing all the pages we have created, the shop, the products etc etc etc?

    Reinstalling the theme on a clean WP install makes me think we would lose everything done on the current site?

    Hello,

    Make the export of the content and reinstall all. If you see the blank page it means that the site has been broken.

    Hello,

    You can export all the content into the file in Dashboard > Tools > Export. In any case, make the full backup of your current site, then delete all, clean you Database, install WordPress, provide me the access.
