Checkout on mobile is not working

    Hi, I’m having trouble with the checkout on mobile. When I add stuff to my cart and I go to check out everything in the cart is gone and it says that my cart is empty.

    Please help.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and provide the site admin access to the private area for us to check the issue.

    Hello,

    Please describe your problem more clearly: you add a product then you view the cart or checkout? I have checked the site, products are in the shopping cart and in the checkout, nothing disappears.

    Hi,

    The issue only happens on the mobile phone version when I add products to the cart they go into the cart normally but when I go to check out everything that’s in the cart disappears and I get a message that says your cart is empty.

    If you go to the website on a phone, when you add products to your phone the cart icon in the top right will show that you have items in your cart. But when you go to view your cart all the items are gone and it says your cart is empty.

    When I try to insert your login URL I am redirected to youdomain.:443/wp-admin/ http://prntscr.com/ohnitg

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, deactivate all the blocking settings and plugins, switch the parent theme, check the issue.
