Hello, I edited the popup several times under Theme Settings => Shop => Promo Popup and after I edit and save all changes, the popup reverts to the original one and the changes do not show… This is very frustrating. How do I fix it??

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
