Cant update the theme

    Hi sir

    kindly, we activated the theme right now, but still cant update the theme…

    and the wpml not work normally with theme, it not load transltion…

    please help me to solve this issues to work.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access as well as FTP access to the private area
