Lost Password End Point Goes To WordPress Not My Account Url

    Hello, I am not sure why this is happening but the lost password url redirects to the wordpress admin area instead of using the woocommerce end point page. Please advise help with this. Thanks.

    Hello there,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Please check your end points configuration in admin panel WooCommerce > Settings > Account > My Account Endpoints > Lost Password

    Here is how it should look

    end points are correct – this was the first thing i looked at, but it still is going to wordpress instead of lost-password account page. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Did you try standard wordpress theme? Does it not work only with our theme? In case yes please provide your admin access so we could check your settings and try to find the problem.
