Saving theme settings

    Hi, I’m trying to change some theme settings, like Enable promo popup, but setting is still unabled after a succesful save.
    They don’t see any changes when they create a log during changing settingsthis setting change.

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated for us to check

    I did, no difference.
    admin access details in private content.
