Where can I change the text under the Blog category page title?

I need to find where it is and translate it.

Hello,

This title is not changed by default. You need to install the Yoast plugin, enter the category and change it.

I looked at Yoast to do what you said. However, no such words to be translated.

It does not have to be a feature of the theme of this post?

Hello,

The Loco can not catch this string as it is a default WordPress category page skug type. Earlier it was possible to change that by means of Yoast plugin, now I cannot find the option, perhaps it moved to Premium options set (not sure) refer the plugin documentation if you can not change try another one.
