Responsive Text Block defaulting to inline text in Header & Footer

Hello.
Our responsive text block elements in the header and footer are making all the text within the element inline. For these elements within the main page, it seems fine.
I have set up an example with the link below. If you scroll to the bottom you will see a random list of text and the text repeated in the footer under the ‘VISIT’ header.
Please advise.

I can not figure out the problem.
The responsive text block is designed to make the text responsive (different font-size) for all types of devices. http://prntscr.com/oi0nbf That is why this block is destined for one tag only.
if you need a list ti means you are using several tags you should use list elements or several Responsive blocks for each item
