Problem with menu categories at eshop

    Hello,

    I have a weird problem.
    At the menu on the left side of the eshop that shows categories, when I click at some categories it keeps loading forever.
    Can you help me?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and provide the site admin access to the private area
