vitaliy.kotljarovParticipantGood day. After installing the theme, everything works fine except for the section all products. When we open this section, the page and errors are simply empty (I apply the screen). How to solve this problem. Thank you in advance!
Plugins deauthorized everything for verification – it did not help. Everything works on a standard template

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and check the issue on the free Storefront theme.
Best Regards

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
In general, our theme is already optimized and don’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images or other resources. So we suggest you to remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.
Kind Regards

Artem TemosKeymasterAbout the slider, could you please disable all external plugins and check how it works with a standard theme?

vitaliy.kotljarovParticipantTell me please. I compare the speed of my site and your demo template https://woodmart.xtemos.com/ and the speed of your site is almost two times faster than mine. My site is hosted on siteground.com hosting at the maximum rate for hosting. I use plugins for caching, minimizing css. But the results are as follows: my page takes more than 6 seconds to load – your site takes about 2 seconds
Tell me please:
1. How did you take photos of such a small weight on your site (you have a photo about 30 kilobytes in size, and on mine with all optimizations it is at least 300) maybe there is some kind of cdn or a special plug-in for optimizing pictures that you use on your site. Please share a secret)2. What plugins to optimize your work or cdn do you use on your demo site? It is simply perfect in speed, I want to optimize my template for the same speed of work.
Could you suggest and help me?
Thanks in advance for your answers.August 2, 2019 at 1:25 pm #135746
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
1. We optimized our images with Kraken IO and use Key CDN service. Also, be sure that you have gzip configured on your server.
2. We use WP Rocket plugin and it is the best one in terms of optimization.
Kind Regards

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
It seems to be a bug with the slider and you can wait for the next update where they should fix it.
Have you changed the URL in WordPress settings? Also, regenerate CSS if you use our CSS Generator.
