Hi,

In your theme, when we use a WPBakery Text Block, we add in the back-end multiple “white lines” by using “enter” (or shift+enter). In the back-end and in WPBakery some of those whitespaces are visible. However, on the front-end all whitespace is gone, except on a few random places, which seems like a bug and certainly not normal behavior.

Can you please provide us with a solutions for this ? (adding lines to functions.php, other TinyMCE plugin with
settings, …).

Thanks !

Hi,

Please, describe to us your problems in a bit more details. Attach some screenshots and provide us with a list of steps on how to reproduce it on your website.

Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Just try the following to replicate the bug :

1/ add in WPBakery a row with a text block

2/ add this text and *use lots of whitespace between the different lines :

i revjin vrjnvokrv, notr,b p,blt,bpltg,pblt,
okjokfjrofjrokfjrokjforkf (*USE DIFFERENT SHIFT+ENTER or ENTERS TO MAKE MULTIPLE EXTRA LINES WITH WHITESPACES )

oedjoeijfokejofj;ojfeo
jkhkjhkjhkjhjhkj (*USE DIFFERENT SHIFT+ENTER or ENTERS TO MAKE MULTIPLE EXTRA LINES WITH WHITESPACES )

hgjhugjnhgjgnj jhgjhgj h
kjhkj,hkjhkjh

3/ you will see those big whitespaces between the text in the back-end editor, but NOT in the front-end.

4/ so all the
or extra paragraphs are gone.

thanks

Could you please send us a link to the page where you have added this block as well as your admin access? Also, have you tested how it works with a standard WordPress theme?

Hi,
Admin access is region-blocked now.
If you please follow those simple steps in my message (it just takes 20 seconds), you will see the issue.

So in a simple WPBakery Text Block, with different text-alinea’s, it is IMPOSSIBLe to show to visitors for example 5 extra lines between two paragraphs, added by using the ENTER-button.

That whitespace is visible in WPBakery when you are logged in, but NOT for visitors to the website which are not logged in.

Have you checked it with a standard WordPress theme? Text block is a default WPBakery element, not our own one.
