WP Bakery not loading on front page only

    Hi

    WP Bakery is intermittently not loading when i go to edit my front page. The edit page appears, but the WP Bakery classic / front end editor tabs do not appear and i can’t tab between “visual” and “text” editor. Sometimes the edit page will not load at all.

    This is isolated to my front page only at the moment. It loads ok on the front end, but cannot be edited.

    I’ve tried accessing the page editor through all avenues and each presents the same problem.

    I’ve disabled plugins one by one and cannot isolate the issue. Even when I only have the bear basic plugins that came with the theme, the problem still persists.

    Please advise.

    Additionally, I use the slider resolution and have just updated it. I was using some JS through your JS editor (tabs below the slider that activate a slide when pressed) and it now has now stopped working. The tabs have gone.

    Any ideas?

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your FTP access so we can check it? Also, enable WP_DEBUG mode in the file wp-config.php.

    Hi

    I’ve tried uninstalling the plugins, unfortunately it has no affect. The problem seems to be intermittent and isolated to the Home page. At present, when i try to edit the home page, its bringing up a wordpress error page that says “This site is encountering problems, please speak to admin”.
