Hamburger dropdown menu not working on mobile

Hi,
My hamburger drop down menu does not work or categories on mobile site when WPbakery is activated. If I deactivate it works but the rest of the site is affected. Is there some custom code that needs to be created here, can anyone help?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area
