    1. Do you know why this page shows an additional information tab, when all of the other product pages do not?

    2. Is it possible to add an extra tab saying Return Policy?

    Hello,

    1. The additional information tab is shown on the products that have some attributes and its terms added.

    2. You can manage product tabs with additional PHP code. Here is an instruction from official WooCommerce documentation https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/
