hi im having some serius problem with product images, this is happen to many images.
i was update th new theme version on my localhost (its the same as live server) everything was working smoothly so i decided to upload it on the live website, after i zip all directory and upload it on the server also i upload the new database, i saw that some problems came out without touching anything, i already save permalink again, theme settings, also i make a regenerate image thumbnails but nothing its work, also i found that the image is not displayed and it throws a 404 error because the url is trying to get them with uppercase filename, but the image filename is capitalize, and when i change the url image filename to its own in this case capitalize then the image is displayed. please take a look on screenshots. what can be wrong?

    Hello,

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Please try to migrate your site with the free All in One WP Migration plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/

    Best Regards

well why should i use an external plugin for migration when i can just copy the whole directory an database and then upload it on live server? as i explain on the localhost environment im not have this issue, so thats why its weird because except of upload all files and database to the live server i don’t touched anything else

    Hello,

Our theme does not influence the migration process and this issue does not relate to our support. I have suggested proof plugin which works perfectly, is free and allows to move the whole site correctly with correct URLs.

    Best Regards
