As mentioned I have already unistalled CBD2 and Redux framework, But I`m still using YITH wishlist plugin. The In built wishlist is not yet working well with caching so I have to keep YITH Wishlist Plugin activate.

And I have replaced the PHP file provided by you but that didnt really work for me. I have issues with both Yith wishlist and compare option built in with theme.

Could you please login to from your side and have a look from your side.
