Woocommerce shopping cart will not open using Woodmart theme

I am not able to open our Woocommerce shopping cart using the Woodmart theme. This is a recent issue for we’ve been using the Woodmart theme for almost a year. I believe all the plugins are updated. The problem is that the monitor screen dims (turns a translucent gray) when the shopping cart icon is clicked, and the shopping cart page will not open. I’ve tested another theme to see if the shopping cart would open, and it did open. Can you help to resolve this issue?

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

I followed those procedures and I’m still having the problem. I cleared the cache and the problem still exists.

It seems that issue is caused by some of your custom code in the child theme, try to switch to the parent theme and check if it appears again.
