After upgrade row is no longer full width

    I tried playing with the row layout in wp bakery builder and no luck. It was full width before the theme update.

    Any ideas?

    It’s the two green rows on this page – Probiotic for Dogs and Cats.

    Hello,

    Starting from now, these plugins are no longer required: Redux Framework, CMB2, please delete them. Please take into consideration these tips https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/3-x-4-0-migration-guide/.

    If the problem remains, deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and provide the site admin access to the private area.

    I did follow those instructions already.

    It’s not realistic to uninstall/deactivate all plugins.

    I will get you login details.

    I am submitting you access so you can research.

    Note that Gutenberg default editor is no longer appearing after the upgrade.

    Hi,

    Our previous update has no made any changes related to the Visual Composer or Gutenberg options. We have checked your site and didn’t found any issues with the full-width row. Please check the screenshot (https://prnt.sc/ough34).

    Gutenberg button is shown on your site also (https://prnt.sc/oughfy) and looks like Gutenberg backend editor is working normally (https://prnt.sc/ougfff).

    If the issue that you described has appeared again, please, describe it in a bit more details and attach some screenshots.

    It appears the Gutenberg editing options is a browser issue because if I go Incognito then the edit functions work fine.

    However I still see an issue with the full width when viewing in Incognito.

    Actually Gutenberg is still not fully working.

    I was able to update the page “Vital Planet Home of…” page and add a few blocks. After saving the draft I can no longer add any blocks.

    blocks.js?ver=2.0.7:13805 Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: advgb_blocks_vars.blocks.active_blocks.indexOf is not a function
    at blocks.js?ver=2.0.7:13805

    Not sure if this error is realted.

    This is the only site using this theme I have and it’s the only one experiencing any Gutenberg issues.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, clean the browser cache, check the issue in the other browsers.

    Sorry can’t do that on a production system. I’ll have to take time to set up a stage and try it I suppose.
