Filters can be shown on the shop page only. Woocommerce filters work only on shop page.

Here are the instruction on how to create an attribute: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/ as soon as the necessary attributes are available, a variable product can be created https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/
Filters would work only for variable products. Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Shop page widget are. You need to add WoodMart Woocommerce layered nav filter, you will find the option to show the filter in a certain category.
