    Hello that tak, I have 2 errors, the first one is about the banner of the cabin and I disable it and the blank space still appears, I have deleted cache and everything and it still appears, the second error is that in the moment of comparing products, I do not The attributes to make comparisons come out, and the attributes if they are entered, I need urgent help since this information is important to my clients.

    if the problem remains, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, and provide the site admin access to the private area so that we could check.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme provide the site admin access to the private area. You have provided your site URL it does not provide options and information enough.
