MOBILE BOTTOM NAVBAR doesnt work after update lates version

Dear Support,
Cleaning cache of the system was done a few times. Cache plugin was deactivated but unfortunately, same problem MOBILE BOTTOM NAVBAR’s icons don’t appear. Please see the attached picture.

Starting from now, these plugins are no longer required: Redux Framework, CMB2, please delete them.

Thank you for replying and adwise so as above instruction was followed and now mobile navbar is visible, however;
1- Wishlist doesn’t work which means, can’t see the selected product in a wishlist that shows always empty. As well as could not translate the name of Wishlist.
The string which you meant another support question, doesn’t visible in Loca translate “4. Translate this string https://prnt.sc/orymul ”
2- Inside of wishlist, “Wishlist is empty” doesn’t allow me to translate. Where can I translate it?
3- Name of My account on mobile navbar also doesn’t allow me to translate it, I mean in LOCO translate all seem translated. The name of my account page has been also translated regrettably no any action about MOBILE BOTTOM NAVBAR translation still “My account”

2. Make the full backup of your site and update the file woodmart/languages/woodmart.pot file synchronize translation. You need to translate only the parent theme.
3. You should translate My Account toolbar.
