Elise NoromitMemberHello,
This option is provided in the Theme Settings > Shop > Attribute swatches > Grid swatch attribute to display – choose pa_color (the color attribute).

KHParticipantI create one attribute named “pattern”. In that pattern attribute I add 3 sets of patterns assigned to different 3 product variations. Then I go to Theme Settings > Shop > Attribute swatches > Grid swatch attribute to display – Choose “pattern” attribute. However, only one grid show its set pattern while the other two grids not showing their patterns. Pls see attached pic.

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
The product which has the swatches is a variable product. Only variable products can have the swatches on the product grid.
Just for your information:
A variable product is a product which has more than one option in attributes, for example, color, size, material. Instruction on how to create an attribute: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-product-taxonomies/ as soon as the necessary attributes are available, a variable product can be created https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please check all your steps:
1. Enable swatches in the attributes: Swatches are enabled in Dashboard -> Products -> Attributes -> chose the attribute -> Configure Items -> Edit -> Enable swatch
2. Add an image or color to the attribute: it is necessary to set the color in “Color preview for this value” in the Attribute item.
3. Create variable products https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/
4. Enable showing the color attribute on the product grid: the Theme Settings > Shop > Attribute swatches > Grid swatch attribute to display – choose pa_color (the color attribute).
The color attribute will appear to all the variable products of the shop.
Best Regards

KHParticipantHi,
– It’s okay now as you can see in the attache pic1. Actually I need to show images not color on the grids. Sorry for not being to the point.
– I have another question about this. Why not all images in the gallery not zoomable, only the one added in the variation can be zoomed. Pls see the attached screenshots (pic2 and pic3).

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
If you want to show images you can add images to the product variations http://prntscr.com/kk870w
Or you can add an image into “Image preview for this value” of the attribute item.
You can zoom only the main image. The thumbnails are not zoomable by their nature, because they are the preview.
Best Regards
