    Hi,

I’m using Woodmart 4 and WPML + WooCommerce Multilingual

I’ve translated SHOP page and products into 2nd language via WPML Translation Management module, and additionally translated Products “BRAND” attribute via WooCommerce Multilingual.

On default language and 2nd language SINGLE PRODUCT page I can see product BRAND image correctly.

    I have following issues:
    – “BRAND” hyperlink forwarded to SHOP page with the parameter ?filter_brand=nohtus-th and I see only Filter Bar on the page with the brand name, and no products.

All the products translated, and at the same moment I can filter them by “Brand” via backend: Dashboard > Products > Configure Terms > Count Column hyperlink.

    – Moreover I found out that when I simply go to SHOP page in 2nd language, no one AJAX filter works.

    Example:
    Change product number ?per_page=24
    Change grid size ?per_row=3&shop_view=grid
Displaying empty SHOP page with only Breadcrumbs on it.

I tried different WPML configurations, including enableling WPML option “Language filtering for AJAX operations”, but it does not solve problem.

I guess it might be theme problem, since only specific Woodmart features not working.

    Hi

Continuing Troubleshoot, I have finally discovered temporary solution.

Filter doesn’t work with the SHOP page slug containing Thai language characters:

    /th/ผลิตภัณฑ์ของเรา/?filter_brand=claracel-th

Filter works well after renaming shop page SLUG:

    /th/products/?filter_brand=claracel-th

Is it possible to improve compatibility and allow Thai characters for SLUG?

    Thank you

    Hi,

Filters and URL slugs are not related to our theme. They come with WooCommerce plugin and should work correctly with WPML. You need to contact WPML or WooCommerce team for help in this situation. th/ผลิตภัณฑ์ของเรา/?filter_brand=claracel-th this URL is just a shop page with the selected filter for the brand attribute but our theme doesn’t influence it.

    Kind Regards
