    menu select size doesn’t work and full-width option also
    when i save menu automatically select default

    Try to increase PHP Max Input Vars and PHP Post Max Size parameters on your server. We suggest you contact your hosting providers for help in this question.
    Current values you can check in WooCommerce -> System Status.
