Base Import AJAX Error or Incomplete Process

    Hi,

    I am trying to import the Wine Theme for Basel and it’s not importing all images and sliders, only the basic content.

    The import tools runs only up to 30% then jumps to 100% and says it is complete.
    Or sometimes, it goes up to 70% and the throw a AJAX Error.
    In both situations, only the basic content is loaded.

    How could I fix this?

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Installing demo content doesn’t create a site that is an identical copy of our demo site because it has a big number of pages and images that takes to much time to complete.
    Most images you see on our site are not included in our theme package and will not be imported.
    As for the 70% and the throw a AJAX Error, try to deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and try again.
