I can add products to the cart in that theme. But that theme does not have a off canvas shopping cart?

The issue is when I navigate around the site, and want to review items added to the cart, via the cart icon, the off canvas will open, but will be blank.

I thought you fixed it last night, as it was working (with and without extra plugins), but now its back to being blank (even with only required plugins).
